Journey of our Cold Brew
Our coffee plant is harvested in the finest farms of Coorg and Chikmagalur.
We only pick the coffee cherries when they have ripened fully. Red, ripe and ready.
Different processes are used to extract coffee beans from these cherries based on the desired flavour.
A certain roasting level is maintained while taking utmost care of hygiene levels which results in best taste.
Selecting the perfect grind size, we brew our coffee for 12 hours
