About Us
Bittersweet is a fifth-wave coffee company based in Ahmedabad, working on a simple goal to provide café-like gourmet coffees at home. Our motive was to eliminate the NEED for cafes for a good cup of coffee. We wanted to come up with something that is quick but still holds the same level of quality and taste as gourmet. Basically, a go-to alternative that tastes just like the cafe gourmet coffee.
We present to you our cold brews which are made from 100% authentic speciality grade coffee. We tried hundreds of flavours from all across India to strain out the best three flavours for you. Each of them holds a distinctly unique flavour to them. We decided to serve cold brew concentrates instead of ready-to-drink portions as we want to give you (customers) the freedom to experiment and find out what suits you best for yourself.
Meet Tanmay!
Tanmay is the founder of BITTERSWEET. Being a coffee enthusiast himself, he started Bittersweet while finding his perfect cup of coffee. He is a B.Tech student from BITS Goa and a high-spirited individual who swears by “If it’s not fun, you’re not doing it right.”
He is a maker, a thinker and an explorer. He approaches work with fun, curiosity and experimentation. Tanmay is motivated and driven by the idea that best work is born from not only passion and diligence but also fun and enthusiasm.
